7100 Forged Series

Description

This heavy-duty caster features an integral kingpin design where the ¾” kingpin and the 3/8” top plate are cast together as one piece from AISI 1045 forged steel.

Featuring two double deep grooved raceways – a 7/16″ diameter upper ball race with tapered roller thrust bearing, the 7100 series offers tremendous strength and delivers up to 2,850 lbs of capacity.

Options/Components: Can be paired with our strongest 2.5” tread width wheels including our Envirothane™ and Envirothane HD™. Options include a welded four-position swivel lock, thumb screw or universal wheel brake as well as a number of bearing options.

Ideal Applications: Abusive Conditions, Industrial Platforms, Garbage & Cargo Containers, Dolly Carts, Waste Bins, Heavy Material Handling & Hard-Working Industrial Functions.
