iLock – Total Lock (iLK)

The iLock Brake is a precise eight position directional and wheel lock that provides perfect security. It engages with absolute precision and is available as a customizable one, two, three or four position lock. Engages with as little as 15 lbs. of pressure and won’t disengage a load with capacity of up to 1,200 lbs. Brake pad adds extra security to harder wheel surfaces. Constructed of non-corrosive proprietary engineered thermos plastic. The iLock is virtually maintenance free.

Double Lock Brake – (DLB)

The Double Lock Brake mechanism engages a positive braking action on the tread surface of the wheel, while simultaneously locking the swivel raceway in any position. Plastic pedal resists rust and corrosion in wet environments. The Double Lock Brake is available in stainless-steel.

Side Locking Brake – (SLB)

The Side Locking Brake is the most economical wheel brake. When the SLB is engaged, it compresses the hub of the yoke, creating friction on the hub of the wheel. The larger casters have a large foot pedal that makes engaging the brake easy to operate and provides easy access. The Side Locking Brake is Available in Stainless-Steel.

The Thumb Screw Brake is engaged manually by turning a rugged screw that engages positively to the wheel hub.

Top Locking Brake – (TLB)

The Top Locking Brake creates a positive braking action on the surface of the wheel. TLB1 comes with an actuator that is coated with a polyurethane coating and gives a greater positive lock on the surface of the wheel. TLB2 has a larger foot pedal making the brake easier to engage and disengage and provides better foot placement.

ALock Brake – (ALK) (ASK) (AWL)

The A Lock Brake mechanism is engaged by stepping on the toe that securely and positively locks an adjustable rubber grommet to the tread of the wheel and simultaneously locks the swivel raceway in any position.

The ALK Brake has a metal construction that will stand up to industrial abuse and is conveniently located in the lead position. The ASK Brake mechanism is engaged by stepping on the toe that securely and positively locks the swivel raceway in any position. The AWL Brake mechanism is engaged by stepping on the toe that securely and positively locks an adjustable rubber grommet to the tread of the wheel.

Pedal Wheel Brake – (PWB)

The Pedal Wheel Brake mechanism engages a positive braking action on the tread surface of the wheel. Plastic pedal resists and corrosion in wet environments. The Pedal Wheel Bear is available in stainless steel.

2 Position Swivel Lock – (2PSL)

4 Position Swivel Lock – (4PSL)

The Position Swivel Lock converts a swivel caster to rigid. PSL can be disengaged to neutral position to allow for free swiveling action. The spring-loaded plunger is hand operated to fit into slots in the swivel raceway. PSL can be purchased pre-welded to a top plate or with wings that secure the PSL to the plate when mounting bolts to the top plate.

Universal Wheel Brake – (UWB)

The Universal Wheel Brake is a positive lock brake pre-welded to the fork of caster. UWB can be customized for angle of operation and for either forward or reverse movement. Fully adjustable including brake force and the location of the breaking point on the wheel. The UWB is very easy to engage and disengage, requiring as little as 15 lbs. of pressure.
