For applications that require stainless steel, the Typhoon9™ delivers the same heavy-duty design in work-hardened, electro-polished, de-magnetized, and de-burred SAE 304 stainless steel. Stainless components include ball bearings, plates, and stems, and an optional stainless steel PolyCam brake is also available.

The Typhoon is available in 6″, 8″, 10″, and 12″ diameters with either 2-1/2″ or 3″ tread widths. Its raceway is available in 2-3/4″ and 3-1/4″ diameters. A variety of brakes and bearings can be specified, and the caster can be paired with RollX™, NyRock™, Phenolic, and high-temperature Lava™ wheels.
