The Tornado9™ Series is virtually indestructible because the head is robotically welded directly to the plate and the only way to break the caster is to break the weld.

This caster can be equipped with an array of brakes including a side-locking brake and 4 position swivel lock. To increase capacity, Tornado9™ casters can be ordered with a dual wheel configuration and can also be produced in special overall heights. Both swivel and rigid casters are available.

The Tornado9™ Series has been intelligently engineered with a screw plug in the raceway. This high-precision part ensures the raceway’s smooth rotation without the need for welding or the possibility of applying too much or too little torque.

This exceptional caster series is made from work-hardened, electro-polished, de-magnetized and de-burred SAE 304 stainless steel. In addition, the Tornado9™ Series is NSF certified and has been tested to meet public health and safety standards. The NSF mark ensures rigorous quality standards for materials and products.

Options/Components: Can be configured with a wide variety of stainless steel bearings, plates and stems.
