This high-performance caster series features a one-piece formed rig stamped out of .120” 1010 grade steel, providing unmatched strength and longevity. Its versatility comes from a range of 6 sizes including a low-profile 2-5/8” x 1-1/2” all the way up to a 6” x 1-1/2” configuration that has a capacity of 700 lbs.

With an array of plates (including bolt hole options), stems (including expandable stems and metric sizes) and bearings, the 5400 Series is available in thousands of configurations. Dust caps and raceway seals can also be added.

The 5400 Series is NSF Approved, moisture-resistant and maintenance-free.

Options/Components: Our trademarked iLock™ directional, wheel or swivel lock brake. Top locking and thumb screw brakes. Threaded, round, expandable and metric stems. Finishes include flat, gloss or Ionic black; and chrome. Dust caps and raceway seals.
