This is our best-performing caster with a 1-1/2” tread width. With higher capacity, a larger kingpin and larger raceway ball bearings, the 6403 Series is the leader in its category. With a great array of options, these are more versatile than most comparable casters.

6403 Casters are robotically welded and come with a double raceway construction to provide outstanding manoeuvrability. They feature a 5/16″ diameter upper race and a 1/4″ diameter lower race, both with hardened steel load bearings. The 5/8″ diameter kingpin is nut and bolt coined.

6403 Casters can handle rugged applications, uneven surfaces and can be used outdoors. When made from stainless steel, 6403 casters can be used in a variety of clean environments such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, food processing and high-tech.

Options/Components: Available with a number of wheels including our RollX™, PurThane™ and Envirothane™. This caster comes with a huge assortment of options – a variety of brakes with 1, 2, 3 and 4-Position Swivel Locks, as well as bearing and stem choices.
