Algood's ProTech™ wheels have unequalled noise suppression

These wheels are so quiet you might not hear them coming. In fact, the noise suppression qualities of our ProTech™ wheel are unequalled. Featuring a treaded wheel secured to a polyolefin core, the wheels provide a smooth, cushioned ride that absorbs most shock and vibration. ProTech wheels are incredibly versatile and can be configured for just about any application.

ProTechs come in a wide range of sizes, from 2” x 7/8” to 12” x 3”, with a remarkable capacity of 1200 lbs. Whether you need a flat tread wheel or a crowned tread option to reduce push-pull and increase maneuverability, ProTech wheels can adapt to your specific needs. All configurations are available in the black-on-black combination with blue/black and grey/black available in limited sizes. Other colour pairings are available upon request.

These wheels come with a range of bearings, including precision, ball and Delrin bearings, as well as precision, nylon, stainless steel and caged roller bearings. Thread guards and side washers are also available.

Algood's ProTech™ wheels absorb most shock and vibration.

With a soft, resilient tread, Protech wheels are non-marking and will perform brilliantly on all surfaces. They are moisture-friendly and highly resistant to most chemicals (see our chemical chart). In addition, the tread rejects most floor debris. As a result, they are virtually maintenance-free and will prolong the life of almost all equipment.

These wheels perform well in moist and wet environments. They are ideal for platform and large stock trucks; food service and hotel equipment; small waste bins; factory use; and textile carts. ProTech’s colours and great looks also make them a favorite for store fixtures as well as hospitality and institutional settings.

Debris is no match for our hard-working PurThane™ wheel. The tread material is made from a unique polyurethane compound that deflects debris and even better, re-seals itself when the surface is cut. This sharp-looking, heavy-duty wheel is a great investment that will prolong equipment life and handle just about anything you can throw at it.

PurThane’s oversize precision bearings and its crowned tread provide ease of maneuverability and add to the ergonomic benefits of the wheel. The aluminum core will not rust and increases the wheel’s longevity.

With a capacity of 1,200lbs., this wheel is perfect for heavy-duty applications. It’s available in diameters ranging from 3” to 8” with 1-1/2″ and 2” tread widths. It has a temperature range of -20ºF to 180ºF and a soft 80A Durometer (+/-5). PurThane pairs well with our Maxx™ and Tornado™ casters.

PurThane offers maximum floor protection, maintains floor grip, absorbs shock and vibration while providing ease of maneuverability along with a smooth, easy rolling, very quiet ride.

With its sleek black and aluminum design, PurThane can be used outdoors, on uneven surfaces like asphalt, and is ideal for abusive conditions. It can be used at higher speeds making it a good choice for AGV and towline applications. PurThane is also well suited for factory use, platform & stock trucks and heavy material handling.

Here’s a wheel that will handle capacities up to 6,600 lbs while leaving your floors looking like new. Our Moldon Urethane wheel features a urethane tread secured to a cast iron core.

With high tensile strength, these wheels are non-marking and will protect all surfaces while providing a smooth and quiet ride. Moldon Urethane wheels extend the longevity of equipment and by preventing excess movement, they also protect valuable cargo. and. They are resistant to most chemicals and can be used outdoors.

Here’s a wheel that will handle capacities up to 6,600 lbs while leaving your floors looking like new. Our Moldon Urethane wheel features a urethane tread secured to a cast iron core.

Our Moldon Urethanes come in three versions. The standard wheel has a durometer of 93.5 on the A scale while the Heavy Duty (HD) will handle higher capacities and is much harder with a durometer of 70 on the D scale. There is also a crowned tread that offers exceptional manoeuvrability. Wheels come with diameters ranging from 4” to 10” with tread widths from 1-1/2” to 4”. They come with a wide variety of bearings.

These wheels are ideal for heavy material handling and are used in paper mills, steel mills, aircraft engine cradles and heavy machinery equipment as well as platform and stock trucks.
